Brandy is being sued again for her involvement in the 2006 accident that killed a woman.

A man injured in the multi car pile up has filed suit against Brandy and the family of the deceased woman for personal injury and negligence.

Per Yahoo.com, the suit was on filed Dec. 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court and a copy of which was obtained by E! News, plaintiff Donald Lite alleges he sustained "serious and permanent injuries" as a result of excessive speed on the part of Brandy and Awatef Aboudihaj and their failure to properly maintain a safe distance from each other.

If everyone remembers, Brandy's 2007 Land Rover collided with a vehicle driven by the 38-year-old Aboudihaj, a wife and mother of two. She in turn smashed into a 1989 Toyota Tercel driven by the 82-year-old Lite, while a fourth car broadsided Aboudihaj, who died the following day as the result of major blunt force trauma.

In 2007, Brandy was cleared of all charges because of lack of evidence.
