I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HIM TO FIX STUFF-HE'S REAL NICE UNTIL HE GETS YOU TO SIGN THE LEASE BUT WHEN IT TIME TO FIX-HE'S GOT A LOT OF EXCUSES-I CALL LANDLORDS LIKE THIS SLUMLORDS,HE JUST WANT HIS RENT MONEY. larry durham is also a slumlord. he wants rent but don't want to fix things. have to call the health dept. in order to get anything done. i also wouldn't rent from jan and jim mcconnell. they blame you for things that need to be repaired in your apt. if they fix it it won't be fixed right. they are really nice people but i would also never rent from them again.
